26/11/2009 After nearly one month of training I hit a hurdle

Due to work commitments I won't have the time to train for 2 weeks. This is a bit of a setback, but I hope to make up for it after I am back. Training so far went pretty much to plan and I am actually getting some fitness back with a couple of longer runs last week. I haven't lost any weight, but this is probably due to my bad beer habit that keeps me sane due to my work worries. The plan is to get down to below 85kg by New Year.

I will suspend monitoring in the spread sheet until I am back on line.

31/10/2009 Today is the start of my journey towards TNF 100 in 2010

The event date is 15 May 2010, this leaves me 7.5 months to get ready.

My aim is to complete it in under 17 hours. To do this I have to lose about 7 kg and of course work up my distance training. You can follow my stats on my spreadsheet .
